Products

We have a wide range of products ranging from different varieties of meats to artisan products, deli meats, and package deals.
Our meats are processed at a local butcher shop with thoughtfulness and artisan care. We use the entire animal so what isn’t sold as a cut goes into our amazing ground and sausage products. If we don’t deliver our lamb fresh, it’s flash-frozen and vacuum sealed to maintain its taste and texture.

 
 
 
 

BEEF

Our beef is grass-fed and finished with grain for the last 180 days. When needed, we source from finished cattle or feeder calves from other local farms who also don’t use hormones and antibiotics.
The breed mainly used is White Park which are known for their ease-of-care and amazing flavor. We get our grain from our local cooperative who source from local farmers. We are in the processing of adding 100% grass-finished beef, so stay tuned!

CHICKEN

We currently don’t raise our chickens but source them locally from within the state of Wisconsin. Our chicken is processed at a local butcher shop with thoughtfulness and artisan care. We use the entire animal so what isn’t sold as a cut goes into our amazing ground and sausage products. If we don’t deliver our chicken fresh, it’s flash-frozen and vacuum sealed to maintain its taste and texture.

GOAT

Our goat is pasture raised and finished on grass unless hay or grass quality require additional supplementation. When needed, we source finished goats or feeder kids from other local farms who also don’t use hormones and antibiotics. We have a variety of breeds and cross breeds including Kiko and Boar.

 

LAMB

Our lamb is pasture raised and finished on grass unless hay or grass quality require additional supplementation. When needed we source finished lambs or feeder lambs from other local farms who also don’t use hormones and antibiotics. We have a variety of breeds and cross breeds including Dorpers, Icelandics and Katahdins.

PORK

Our pork is pasture raised and, in addition to eating grass, they are fed a grain diet. When needed, we source finished hogs or feeder pigs from other local farms who also don’t use hormones and antibiotics. We have a variety of breeds and cross breeds including Berkshire, Duroc, Large Black, Glouster Old Spot and more. We get our grain from our local cooperative who source from local farmers.

TURKEY

We currently don’t raise our turkey but source them locally from within the state of Wisconsin. Our turkey is processed at a local butcher shop with thoughtfulness and artisan care. We use the entire animal so what isn’t sold as a cut goes into our amazing ground and sausage products. If we don’t deliver our turkey fresh, it’s flash-frozen and vacuum sealed to maintain its taste and texture.
